WOW! On Sunday night, while I was with my family, having just arrived from the Turning Point event in Florida, where I won the Straw Poll against all other Republican candidates with 85.7%, with all polls showing me leading in the Republican Primary by very substantial numbers, almost everyone predicting that I will be the Republican Nominee for President, and as I am leading Democrat Joe Biden in the polls by a lot, HORRIFYING NEWS for our country was given to me by my attorneys.
Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden’s DOJ, sent a letter (again, it was Sunday night!) stating that I am a TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury investigation, and giving me a very short 4 days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an Arrest and Indictment.

Don, you tried to over throw the government, you knowingly stole classified documents, you called state officials telling them to find you enough votes to win, you went with the fake electors plan, you told people to head to the capital on Jan 6th. You are the most corrupt person to ever be President of these United States and Jack Smith is a hero and a patriot for going after you. I hope for the fate of this country I love that you rot in jail.
Trump, you tried to OVERTHROW THE GOVERNMENT and STOLE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS!! Any other current or former president would have been locked up for that by now!!! The fact that you’re still walking freely and being allowed to spread your lethally dangerous lies is proof that you are getting (undeserved) special treatement!!
I do retail security. At one end of the scale there’s the shoplifters I’ve caught who ask me “Why are you not letting me in the shop?”

Also….I've said it a few times before here, but damn…I know a lot of Trump supporters would disagree with me, but if you're a former President/candidate for President, you should at least TRY to have a modicum of class, decorum, whatever.

I fully agree. For all the myriad things Trump is lacking (looks, intelligence, health, humility, empathy, patience, charity, etc), you’d think that a venerated man of his position would have at least some class & charisma and such. But no, he’s just a loud, boorish, oafish manchild…
Frankly, it shows just how much of an incomparable narcissist Trump is. He really does believe to the core of his being that the ENTIRE UNIVERSE owes him EVERYTHING just because he was born Donald Trump.

If he does *win next time, the democracy, shabby though it may be, is finished. And this country’s democracy, shabby though it may be, is still a pretty good thing.

Even without speaking about the content of the letter, I would have expected a former POTUS to have a lot more class. I mean, I usually try to write comments on socil medias with a higher writing level!

Reminds me about Dale Carnegie in his seminal book where he described riminals not understanding they did wrong, like “Two-Gun” Crowley isnsisting just before dying on the electric chair he only defended himself against police or Albert Fall’s wife saying her husband was too honest.
