I've said it before, but "genital inspections" are 100% a lurid TRA fantasy, especially as it pertains to girls' sports. Boys who started identifying as girls in in adolescence would already known to staff and students--not to mention, immediately visible. Younger boys who were coached by their parents likely wouldn't be able to keep it secret. And honestly, their parents probably wouldn't want to, since "trans kids" are such a fashionable trophy right now.

Yep. I’ve just commented before that it’s incredibly stupid for TRA’s to pretend humans are indistinguishable aside from genitals.

We are a sexually dimorphic species and despite a man’s best efforts to “pass” (aka deceive everyone around him with a stereotypical disguise) it is almost always very clear that he is male. Sex recognition is hardwired in humans (and other animals), even more so in females, whose survival depends on it.

Males and females have distinct physiology, morons, and your word games, transparently fake pretence otherwise, and false virtue signalling will never change that reality. Deal with it.

Well, let’s look at an example of these, err, fantasies:

Ohio GOP passes bill aiming to root out 'suspected' transgender female athletes through genital inspection

The proposed rules would prohibit any trans athlete from competing with cisgender girls or women. It also has a verification requirement, if someone is "accused" or "suspected" of being trans.
If someone is suspected to be transgender, she must go through evaluations of her external and internal genitalia, testosterone levels and genetic makeup.
"This is truly bizarre medically and nonsensical, but looking at it practically, this bill means that if anyone decides to question a child's true gender, that child must undergo a sensitive exam," the doctor said.
A huge fear of Bruno's is that not only will this traumatize young people, but also can cause a huge ripple effect on competitions in general.
Technically, under this bill, anyone can "accuse" someone else of being transgender, thus prompting this chain reaction.

I’ve said it before that I think this is the only TERF proposition on how to achieve their sex-policing that actually makes practical sense and could work well. If they ban legal sex marker change, then one’s ID would indeed show only sex assigned at birth.

Though it would of course also likely create a thriving market for ID falsification, which would definitely see some use by trans people. And if that sees enough success, then you’re left with… err, cheek swabs, I guess?

But hey, they can always tell, so who needs that anyway!

Trans people who are chimeras and/or intersex would have a decent chance of passing a swab test anyway, assuming you mean examining chromosomes under a microscope. It’s not known what percentage of trans people are either, because it rarely matters as far as anyone knows. But we know that there are some, and likely significantly higher than the general public. Cis women who are chimeras and/or intersex have a similar chance of failing. It’s not 100% reliable.

Though why you would perform a swab test before allowing anyone in a restroom or changing room I have no idea, because that would be rather time-consuming, and too time-consuming to test everyone. And if you don’t test everyone, the trans people who pass well enough will mostly get through anyway.

From my casual foray into Elite Gender Inversion, I can state with confidence that TERFs couldn't find a black cat in a field of snow.

These people have never meet the diverse spectrum of women. You can't always tell.
