Ooh, bogeymen!!! Yep, bring out the scare tactics… we don’t want this country to be communist specifically, we want this place to be fair. We actually want people, all people, to be able to live out the American dream and have a home of their own, the kind of family they desire, the career that they want, without hurting or taking from anyone else. We want everyone to have access to this. Y’all want a hierarchical system where some groups have access, and others don’t. Y’all want to be able to look down on others. We want everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, physical ability, neurotype, nationality, religion, orientation, etc, to have a chance to live with dignity and access to success, health, happiness, and lots of options to get where they want to go in life.
Trump is the one who has been working within and abiding by the legal system under the Constitution
No he hasn’t. He:
- improperly handled classified materials myriad ways
- stole said classified material with the possible intent of trying to sell it
- repeatedly attempted to weaponize the justice system, and eventually fired James Comey and revoked Jeff Sessions’s appointment as AG in order to punish them for not allowing him to punish his “enemies”
- Stole money from from various budgets and programs to pay for his wall after he discovered there is no way to force other countries to pay for stuff in our own country
- threatened to execute those who disagreed with him
- repeatedly severely mishandled his role as commander in chief, which resulted in the deaths of at least 5 service members and at least one bombing of one of our own special forces teams
And I could go on and on and on
while they weaponize the legal system and disregard all reasonable legal protocols to destroy him
Being held accountable for crimes you’ve committed isn’t the justice system being weaponized. I know it makes you cry and you aren’t used to it and you want the laws to only apply to someone else, but that’s not the way it should work. Also, go fuck yourself.
