I love how so many of you actually believe that evolution is proven and cannot be questioned. Sounds like you've been indoctrinated to me! Evolution is NOT proven. There are very many portions of it that cannot be tested and can only be assumed to be a certain way. The assumptions are made in order to make the theory work. Simple as that. If you 100% believe in the theory of evolution, you're just as duped as a religious person who 100% believes in the six day creation. I don't 100% believe in anything except for the fact that I know there is a God that created everything. I may not know how He did it, but I know he did.

I love how you actually believe that evolution cannot be questioned. Evolutionn is accepted because it was questioned so long and so hard and survived.
It is your creation myth that cannot be questioned. Creation is NOT proven. Simple as that.
you're just as duped as a religious person who 100% believes in the six day creation.

So, basically you're saying that you are duped?
I'm NOT 100% sure of the Theory of Evolution. I'm 99.99999999999999999999...(10^1000 9s)...999% sure that the Theory of Evolution is the best theory for explaining the diversity of life. Little things like ERV sequences that match the evolutionary tree EXACTLY, human chromosome 2 being a fusion of 2 great ape chromosomes (including it having two centromeres and four telomeres), and the constant discovery of transitional forms continually validates the Theory of Evolution and the more evidence we find the more 9s I add to my certainty. The only rival the Theory of Evolution ever had was Lamarckism and that was handily defeated. Creationism is a non-starter. Even if no scientific theories existed to explain the diversity of life, a magical solution is still not valid until you can demonstrate HOW magic works and, more importantly, how you know it was done by magic. And you can't say you know from the Bible because even if you think it was dictated by God, it was unambiguously written by humans. And humans can make typos, mistranslate, insert their biases into a work, and edit a work (Council of Nicea, anyone?). And that's assuming that the authors of the Bible aren't like the authors of countless other religious texts and simply claim to be speaking for God. No, you need more than just the word of a human author who claims to have spoken to God. You need rigorous, independently verifiable evidence.
I may not know how He did it, but I know he did.
Again, aside from taking a bunch of Iron Age shepherds at their word and ignoring every other writer of a sacred text, how do you know?

Good job, you countered your own argument
Show me a talking snake. Or a talking donkey (no, not that one, voiced by Eddie Murphy, he doesn't count! X3 ). Show me a bat that lays eggs. Or a rabbit that chews it's cud. Or an insect with four legs.
Show me goats bred near spotted poles, whose resulting young take on the same fur patterning/colouration aspects of said poles.
The Flavobacterium that feeds on Nylon: a man -made substance that didn't exist before the 20th Century. . The antibiotic-eating MRSA. The Labradoodle; which didn't exist until 1988. AD . Just a few examples of how Evolution has been proven (and that's before I mention how we Atheists have the law on our side ).
Would you like to know more? [/"Starship Troopers"]
That evolution occurs has been proven: we've seen it happen directly in living populations, both in controlled laboratory settings and uncontrolled in the wild. These observatiosn include speciation events, which by definition represent macroevolution.
As for theories of evolution being unfalsifiable (I have to assume that's what you mean by 'cannot be tested', your simply wrong: evolutionary theory makes predictions which would be sufficient for falsification.
As for "I know god created everything": again, you're wrong. You don't know this--you instead beleive it. And no degree of faith, howver sincerely held, is capable of establishing what one beleives to be true actually is true.
If it could, then every religion on the planet--no matter how diametrically opposed--must be considered to be equally and simultaenously true by virtue of their adherent's faith.
I love how so many of you actually believe that evolution is proven and cannot be questioned.
Scientists don't say evolution can't be questioned. It was questioned plenty a century ago, and the details are still questioned every day. I think you've got evolution confused with the Bible.
"There are very many portions of it that cannot be tested and can only be assumed to be a certain way. The assumptions are made in order to make the theory work."
Name one.
Name one.
Name. One.
Either a Poe or a spectacularly deluded individual. Basically saying; I don't know anything for certain except that one thing where I believe in something on no evidence at all.
I don't ever recall hearing anyone who understands science saying the Theory of Evolution is proven (simple evolution, descent with modification, is an observable fact).
However the evidence is overwhelming and, here's the best part, it works. The Theory of Evolution is the best explanation we have for what we observe.
If you have a better one, feel free to tell us all about it.
>...many of you actually believe that evolution...
Whether or not you 'believe' in something has nothing to do with whether or not that thing is true. Whether or not you 'believe' in gravity, it's still a bad idea to step off a cliff.
Evolution is not a religion; it happens, scientists don't 'believe' in it, the evidence PROVES it.
Show me the evidence for your 'God created everything' argument, and you don't get to use the Wholly Babble.
Indoctrination in the Great Lie of Evolution is a sad fact of today's society. In actual fact it all started with the nonsensical idea that the entire universe revolves around the sun and not the earth.
And people believe these crazy Atheist fairy tales? It's mindblowing to me.

I am able to see the evidence of evolution for myself and if I so choose go to school in order to repeat the experiments and observations myself as well.
Since when has anyone even seen a god do anything at all?
Of course it can be questioned; it is science dumbass!
If you can't test it, it's not science, stupid.
Which is your first language, peeledpeas? It certainly isn't English, as you can't say "very many" in English.
So, as you do believe in the creation, you're just as duped as those who believe in reality, right?
Wait, no; you're much more duped than us who believe in reality.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
