Jackson's chameleons are not dinosaurs. They never were. They are probably descended from little reptiles that lived around the same time as dinosaurs. Turtles, for example, did live at the same time as dinosaurs and pretty much only their size has changed. They did not evolve from dinosaurs, and nobody who actually studies evolution thinks they did.
Jackson's chameleons are, however, awesome, and do not deserve being talked about in this egregiously unscientific manner by this douche.
Who cares what a chameleon looks like. Just because a bat looks like a bird and a thylacosmilus looks like a smilodon doesn't prove they're closely related. The question is, is a chameleon a dinosaur? Does he have a perforated hip socket? Does he have a clavicle? Does he have a four chambered heart? Did he somehow regrow a clavicle, seal up his hip socket and lose a chamber in his heart?
*snickering* I guess then the Bearded Dragon is just a smaller dragon that was allowed to survive the flood then? Water Dragon too? Or did they just swim?

I remember the first time I heard this claim in sunday school. We watched all his videos. I was a sophmore in highschool and had never studied evolution. A few years ago when I looked into it for myself and realized how much evidence there is for evolution, I was very angry that I was lied too. Kent Hovid videos are what got me doubting everything I was ever taught by the church. Thanks Kent!
