"I once met a guy who said he was an atheist and didnt believe in anything."
'Belief' is an irrelevant concept. All there is, is acknowledgement and acceptance of facts.
"I called him a lieing atheist!"
Careful. Here in the UK, we have ultra-savage libel/slander and perjury laws. Just ask Jeffrey Archer...!
"I said to him, when you fly do you believe there is someone piloting the plane even though you cannot see him? He said yes!"
Of course he did. The pilot exists*. Next question.
"I said, then you are not only not an atheist but you are a liar."
Want to spend time in jail, like Jeffrey Archer? Better have a good lawyer, pal.
"I asked him if he had a great, great grandmother and he said, of course.
Genealogical records. Photographs. DNA analysis. Next question.
"I said there you go, you believe!"
Acknowledgement & acceptance of facts =/= 'belief'. Next question.
"How much more there must be a maker of this beautiful universe! He gave up and walked away shaking his head!"

All I have to do, to completely annihilate your 'argument', Jeff, is this:
Make your 'God' appear before me, in hard, solid, physical form (and that's God himself, not Jesus), that can be seen, heard and touched. Then for him to prove he is what he says he is, to my satisfaction, via demonstrations of his power - again, to my satisfaction; and if that means he must do whatever I say in perpetuity, so be it. Them's the conditions, they're not up for negotiation. Take it, or leave it. Occam's Razor states that if your 'God' can't do as I say, to prove his existence to my satisfaction, then he can't be God (because his 'omnipotence' means he could do so). Thus he's a contradiction to himself. Ergo he doesn't exist. QED.
I've used the above logic to ranting street preachers. They gave up.
