Homosexuality IS a normal, albeit rare occurence in a population.
Hold up, are you refering to the Romans and the Greeks (it wasn't normal, but rather understood)? They lived in a time before your religion, not before religion and I hate to break it to you, but they gave the gods homosexual stories. Which just goes to show you that religion is just a way of justifing your own actions. The writers of your bible wanted to hate homosexuals, so surprise, surprise, god hates them too!
Do me a favor...study history. And while you're at it, study law, moral philosophy, and social psychology.

I like how he puts homosexuality in context. I mean, if homosexuality is normalized by society, dead bodies will spring from the Earth and level cities, ass rape you in your sleep, and rip the tags of mattresses while they're still in the store.
When and how did Christian morality become all about being aganst homo-sexuality? Why is it such a big issue for those fundies, why don't they ramble about poverty or physical and mental disabilities instead?

Religions have always been around. The non-Semitic religions, in my opinion, are just more fun. Mostly because they involve gods and goddesses who act like utter brats. Diana = awesome.

There are no boom laws (except for ones that involve adorable monkies). At the beginning of HUMANITY ITSELF, nomads were burying little statues with their dead. That's religion. Because not even the silly little nomads wanted to believe that life ends with death.
And, yes, 'boom laws' gave people fear. But fear isn't faith, dammit. It doesn't make things real. It's just fear.

Homosexuality is still a normal thing. People are born with it, it does not affect their ability to survive*, ergo normal.
* As long as insecure phobics can deal with their own fears, and not attack the homosexuals, that is.
Homo sex was a normal thing before religion? I thought it was a recent invention by the demoncrat libruls to praise Satan and makes tons of money corrupting the youth of America.
And my guess is that "boom laws" are what provides order in "boom towns".
