What’s most tragic, is the rejection of God that our society's celebration of homosexuality demonstrates. It
utterly breaks my heart.
What actually matters is whether we'll spend eternity with Him. But if we're
going to, it means we've chosen to follow Him; this will mean that our
hearts desire to live by His guidelines, and not hold ceremonies rejoicing in
other people (who we should be trying to point towards God) rejecting God's
guidelines. Most people around us (regardless of their sexuality) don't realise
that they're at risk of missing their opportunity to have a relationship that's
infinitely better than any sex. We must continually seek with urgency to do all
we can to to do all
we can to show that Jesus's offer is real, and indisputably worth being
celibate for.

You go right ahead and bemoan the facts that (1) there are other people in the world, (2) they do not have to share your beliefs, and (3) you have no basis for insisting that your religion is either true or important to anyone else. Worry about behaving yourself with dignity in accordance with your beliefs, and allow others to do the same.
"What actually matters is whether we'll spend eternity with Him."
According to the bible spending an eternity with God is basically sitting at the feet of his throne worshiping him forever.
That sounds like the most boring narcissistic shit ever and I wouldn't even be able to kill myself because I'd be already dead(?)
Infinitely better than sex?
I think YOU'RE either bad at math, or at sex.
Either way, MY values are none of your business, thanks.

Demonstrates what Grace?
The reality of it is people like you are just pissed that you're no longer the special snowflakes you think you are. Nobody is forcing you to become homosexual, nor are asking you to celebrate it. However, what is happening is that other people either don't care if homosexuality is out, or they're okay with it being celebrated along with other things...like being Christian.

Can't God do it Himself? Could He not even spare one angel, to manifest in its celestial form in public with good video documentation, making His existence undeniable? Lazy bastard.
indisputably worth being celibate for

If anything, it's the likes of you who are the sex-obsessed whores.
"a relationship that's infinitely better than any sex."
Yes, nothing`s better in this universe than a relationship between an unstable, psychotic murderer with his own torture basement and his victims.
"It utterly breaks my heart."
Gee whiz, sorry to hear that, but ya know what? What other people do is none of your business nor your problem (unless they're forcing it on you.)
Put your heart back together and chill......
They're here, they're queer...and I wish Yahweh would get over it, by now. If it's such an abomination to him, why does he like to watch so much? Seems rather poofy...especially since he turns a blind eye to all the violence, including the religious kind, and child abuse in the world.
So that's why I reject your god, at the same time accepting my fellow Homo Sapiens.
Fewer people would call themselves Christian' were it not for the common belief among them or, at least, among the ones we quote here - that to do otherwise is a certain way to eternal suffering.
But, in the absence of hell as whip for use against those with the temerity to ask questions and express doubt, faith and action would be of a far higher calibre among the remainder of those who claim they're Christian.
It breaks your heart people can do what they want without your approval. If you want to live with him and under his guidelines do so. Others of us have our own beliefs. Also Grace you might want to remember Timothy 2:12 when proseltyising. Also on top it has been more Christians that drive me and others away from Jesus because they whine about others living their lives, adhering to beliefs or lack thereof without their approval. Their hearts break because they can not control the lives of others
Confused?
