There is a consensus among most decent people that the Human Rights and the Golden Rule are the basis for morality and ethics.

I beg to differ. News flash, Einstein: "Allah" is simply the Arabic term meaning "God". Arabic-speaking Christians can and do call Big G "Allah".
1) What do you have to back your claims other than the Bible itself, the words of those who appeal to the Bible, and brute force? The same claims, on very similar grounds, can be made just as well for the "socialist morality" of Marx and Lenin.
Your god only means something to those that believe in him.
Feel free to say he judges, but in the end, you don't need to care if he's even there to have morals and ethics.

Well, you see, from an atheist viewpoint it doesn't matter whether you're good or evil because you'll eventually die and disappear. On the other hand, from a fundamentalist Christian viewpoint, it doesn't matter whether you do good or evil because God decides people's eventual fate entirely based upon which religion they believe. Totally different!

Bullshit. The lack of an ultimate authority doesn't render ethics meaningless. We are fully capable of instilling meaning in our ethics.
Generally, we're the ones who gives meaning and purpose to words and ideas. Different areas/cultures etc create different morals and ethics over times. Therefore, we make them, not some sort of deity concept.
WE do have the authority and ability to keep people accountable for their actions.
