So how does she intend to pay the people she'll want to have monitering every pregnancy, or how to pay the military, and you can bet your ass she'll makes sure there are enough taxes to pay her salary.

I was unaware that there was an epidemic of underground gay weddings in Minnesota. Why "criminalize" it? Are the going to go around arresting gay couple who were married elsewhere who dare to set foot in Minnesota?

God forbid we has educational standards as america slips further and further behind in terms of education and the grasp of important subjects like science.

And who does she expect to maintain and shore up the nations power grid? How about setting safety standards for power plants? Oh wait, I know... Privitize the first and the other can fuck off. Then theres the matter that the energy department contols and maintains the US nuclear weapon stockpile

Of course, why would people need things like goverment guranteed small business loans or a regulated code of interstate commerce?
She said Planned Parenthood should lose its tax-exempt status it's a nonprofit
So only non-profits that the right wing approves of should be allowed the tax exempt status guranteed to all non profits that meet the 501c(3) criteria?1
and that Congress should use its power to limit the subjects that district courts can rule on.
In other words she wants to effectively abolish the judiciary branch. The ability to regulate what any portion of the judiciary is allowed to rule on is the act of tyrants and would without any doubt be grossly and thoroughly abused the very second any one party held the presidentcy and both houses of congress, or the congress with a veto proof majority, every law that they passed would contain that caveat.
Further more such a power would be flagrantly unconstitutional, violating both the seperation of powers and a citizens right to petition government for redress of grievances, and challenge the imposition of unjust laws.
That's because judges are "black-robed masters," she said, echoing a line she used during another recent trip to Iowa to lambaste the state Supreme Court justices whose ruling effectively legalized same-sex marriage in the state.
Funny how judges are activist, anti-american and partisan when they rule against conserative intrests and principled, impartial, and patriotic when they rule in favour if them.
"That's what you had here in Iowa: black-robed masters," Bachmann said. "They are not our masters. They are not our morality. They are not put there to make the decisions."
Yes, they are, it's part of their jod description. They are there to decide matters of constitutionality of laws in accordance with state and federal constitutions.
