Neither have been proven through rigorous scientific method, though I would have to say that the theory of creation is winning in that category. All attempted "proofs" for evolution have fallen flat in that they can be equally explained by other theories. And judging by your tone and word choice in your blog entry I would have to hand it to you for demonstrating a clear lack of honest inquiry.

Evolution is testable, repeatable, and documented. We have proven that both Micro and Macro evolution occur. We have documented cases of Speciation.

"Explained" doesn't mean pulling a hypothesis out of thin air and saying "prove me wrong". That's not a theory. A theory is something supported by positive facts, not a guess that's automatically valid just because it isn't contradicted.
For example, we have a supernova that has been measured at 170,000 light years away. The observations and methodology of the calculation have been published. This contradicts the Bible, which says the universe can't be anywhere near that old. So biblical creationists say "maybe the speed of light changed" or "maybe space is warped". Fine. Show us evidence of that. Then it might be a legitimate theory. Otherwise, it's no more valid than the claim that maybe the Flying Spaghetti Monster alters our measurements.

I'd say 150 years of scientists testing evolution both in the lab and in the field would count as applying "rigorous scientific method". On the other hand, a bunch of goons writing books on topics they don't understand and aren't qualified to pontificate on so they can convince the scientifically illiterate and gullible that a collection of Bronze Age mythology is right likely wouldn't qualify as "rigorous scientific method".

Actually there is a great deeal more scientific evidence for evolution. Creation assumes there is a God and searches for what the creationist deems to be to be proof of his biases. Evolution involves actual, unbiased, scientific inquiry. The theory of evolution is the best explanation for what can be observed in the natural world (when it comes to the distribution of species and genetic information). That's what differentiates a scientific theory from a guess.
