Funny and totally illogical from the theological point of view. In theory, the person rejects God, not the other way round, or, at least, that's what the Church has based on the next............2000 years(remember the famous non serviam). Otherwise, sounds like..........illogical from the most practical point of view. Even 5000 years ago people understood that, when you were rejected by somebody, even God, you had all the right to feel pissed off.

It's true. God has rejected me. And yet Christians persist in telling me that He loves me. Huh! That's a lie for a start. But, OK, if that's the way He wants it, then that's the way He can have it, and that's fine by me. Therefore, I henceforth banish God from my presence on pain of being mercilessly mocked. But the people who believe in predestination are Calvinists, (the most vile and hateful of all Christian sects, together with Southern and Independent Baptists) who are considered by all other denominations (except the aforementioned Baptists, who don't care as they share the same political views) to be heretics. @BrendanRizzo: No. Seriously, no. Burnings of heretics were not really a thing in 1611, and even when they were a thing you didn't convict a heretic based on a single statement. Especially one like this that didn't touch on any of the central dogmas.
His whole theology such as it is would be anachronistic, of course, and if he went around sharing it in a place and time that had an active Inquisition he'd be likely to be dragged up in front of it and asked to give account. As a time traveler he'd probably be ruled insane and acquitted. If convicted, they'd probably make him wear crosses and go on pilgrimages and things. Upon 'relapse,' or if he steadfastly refused to recant, they MIGHT burn him, but it would only be really likely if they were in a really frenetic period or he was somehow managing to influence others.
Unless his creed involves some things they were particularly paranoid about and got himself mistaken for an organized heretic.
But seriously, do you know how expensive it was to burn a human being? Takes a hell of a lot of wood, and if done too much damages the productivity of the district. It was a lot harder to get burned than you seem to believe.
