I think we should pray if we want to pray. And these others need to shut up and turn their heads if they don’t like it. Just like the opinions of does one breastfeed in public or not. We thankfully have a great president now so I’m thinking he wouldn’t go against people praying no matter where plus he just might put Prayer back in schools. Be find with me! Anthesist can stay home and home school instead of the religious staying home. This country needs more Prayer then probably we wouldn’t have so many atheists

I agree, let people pray if they want to, and to whatever gods they want to, but that prayer cannot be led by the teacher.
Of course you should pray if you want to pray. You should also not pray if you don't feel like it.
Who said they don't like you praying? As long as you don't disrupt the class or disturb the people around you, it's no-one else's business.
You sadly have the laughing-stock of the world as president now.
He can't go against the Constitution, dearie. Did you skive off that class to pray, or what?
Didn't Jesus say something about praying in private? But who cares what that middle-eastern brown-skinned migrant said, right?
We sang a hymn at the start and the end of each school-day my first three years in school. Guess which is one of the least religious countries in the world?
You can push people AWAY with forced religiosity, honey.
Pray if you want to. I choose to pray to my gods, I do not care how you or others feel about them. But if we are praying let us pray as per Matthew 6:5. As per prayer in schools, you do realize that means us Pagans and Muslims and Christian denominations you might not approve of have the right to pray right? the religious do not need to stay at home they just choose to. I'd prefer atheists to Christians. While atheists might not respect my beliefs, most just let me do my thing and don't care that I believe in several deities and revere them.
"I think we should pray if we want to pray."
You can pray. You can always pray. You have that right.
You don't have the right to force me to pray in the manner you approve of, though, to the god(s) you worship.
And if you think FFvC is closer to a Christain than I am, you are seriously hampered in your analysis.
Let's not call it prayer. Let's call it, say, peanut butter. You can have peanut butter anywhere you like. But some people are seriously allergic to it (it could kill them!) and some people just don't like it. Eat your peanut butter, but there is no place except church where everybody gets peanut butter. Don't you dare force-feed peanut butter to me or to someone with allergies. It's an option. Don't try to make peanut butter mandatory, or you might force a ham salad rebellion.
Same argument goes if you replace peanut butter with falafel.
I have no problem with prayer in of itself. I have a problem with prayer being used in place of action and then taking credit for the actions of others.
Oh and prayer was never taken away from schools. Kids and teachers can prayer in school when ever they want. Teachers and faculty just can't lead their classes or the whole school in organized prayer. How can you not have a problem with that?
If you prayed the way Jesus told you to, it wouldn't be an issue, because no one would ever know.
But you're fine with praying at schools. You just don't get to force everyone else to pray, too. Of course, you could allow prayers, but you're going to hate atheist day, Muslim day, Satanist day, Catholic day, Mormon day, No True Scotsman day, and all the rest. With the number of different sects that will need to be accommodated, we'll get to your specific prayer in February 2024.
You're perfectly free to talk to yourself, you silly little bitch. I won't stop you, but I am going to laugh at you. Perhaps even point. However, you don't have the right to force anyone else to, & I know that's what burns you & the rest of your christian majini.
One final note- you may want to learn how form a coherent argument & type properly. As it is, you just come off as an entitled ignoramus who couldn't be bothered to make her point clearly & who types like a 12 year old girl texting her vapid little friends. But you are a vocal christian zombie, so I can't claim surprise.
I think we should pray if we want to pray
Fine.
That's you fundies - certainly your hypocrisy - quarantined in your closets, then: and only there; not even the rest of your homes, least of all schools: or anywhere else.
Church. Closet. The only places your 'Prayer' is allowed.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
