Which part of "no choice" do you not understand?
That's precisely the problem he's pointing. If homosexuality was chosen, there should be a reason WHY people choose it. If it were just a temporary scape in a place lacking the opposite sex, for example, there wouldn't be people of ALL sorts of backgrounds being homosexuals(I mean, ATTRACTED to the opposite sex, not openly homosexuals or having, necessarily, homosexual sex). Besides, if it were true, it would not be repeated once the conditions are removed. That means that pastors' children, Catholics who decide to remain celibate when they discover that they're homosexuals, married people who live a double life, etc...........wouldn't exits. There wouldn't be gay conversion centres(with their spectacular failure rate)if it were true.

Because everybody is really bisexual at least to a small extent, so yes overtime I suppose you could learn to enjoy the less prefered sex more but you're never going to extinguish your attraction to the more preferred sex.

That is an important question, but you seem to be drawing the line based on what disgusts you. You do know that if by accepting that as a basis to draw the line you are inviting others to draw lines against what you like to do based on what they find disgusting. A more logical way to draw the line is whether or not the fun is hurting any nonconsenting parties. Otherwise nobody's freedom is safe, because all it takes a majority to disagree with what they like.
