Citation required, seriously. "Some", "many", "countless", and not a single technical reference given, so you'll excuse us if we tell you that no evidence means you're lying.
"they overcame same sex attraction"
Meaning what? That they decided not to act on their same sex attraction anymore?
If so, it's another example of the attitude 'It doesn't matter how strongly you may FEEL same sex *attracted*! As long as you don't engage in sexual *activities* with *same sex partners*, you're *not a homosexual*!!'
Well, a homoflexible person (Kinsey 5), or a homosexual but biromantic or panromantic person, can potentially make a relationship work with an opposite-sex partner. It takes a lot of luck to find exactly the right partner, or a hell of a lot of struggle. But they shouldn't have to. For a Kinsey 6 who is homoromantic or aromantic, they'll never be successful no matter how hard they try, unless you consider being a chaste monk or nun or hermit to be a "success". But again, they shouldn't have to. It's not like they're pedos, no matter how much your ilk like to conflate the two.
They're here, they're queer - get over it! I have, it's only difficult with the good looking boys.
No way should they be forced into a straight marriage, like Rock Hudson with Phyllis Gates, and many others in the old days. That just makes everyone unhappy.
"I used to be..."
Pffft!
I used to study and strive to be smart. But the more I learned,
the more stupidity I became aware of, and it depressed me, dragged
me down. I saw how happy and innocent the dumb fucks around me were
and decided to free up my study time and just fuck off a while. So
I burned all my books and voted for Trump and now I'm a "Yolly Nincompoop",
to quote Jogi Jorgeson. Ahhh, ignorance is bliss. Next week I'm believing in Jesus.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
