It's great, isn't it?! Owned by an LGBT rights group based in London; anyone* can buy old & obsolete vehicles from the MoD, and as long as it's barrel is welded up & firing pin removed (with the relevant police documentation certifying that it's deactivated), also is taxed, licenced, MOT'd, insured etc, it's completely road-legal. And as this particular one is owned by a London-based group, it's even exempt from the Congestion Charge: which applies to all military vehicles, even civilian-owned ones.
