we shouldn't have jails, at least not for feeding, clothing and basically being a host for parasites. criminals should just be killed, right after they're found guilty.

1) How do you make sure they are indeed guilty, considering the less than stellar track record of judiciaries around the world? Some innocents WILL be killed if that is put into action.
2) So, jaywalking or stealing food for one's self or one's family gets the same penalty as premeditated murder. Not one for nuance, this one.
3) Calling for murder is considered in some countries as a criminal offense. Shouldn't she be put down by her own standards?
What if we found you guilty of trespassing or some other hard-to-prove crime? Can we kill you right now, then?
You do know that the death penalty has a coarsening effect on the whole society, right? If you face the death penalty, you have little to lose, and may just as well commit a couple more crimes, while you're at it, leaving even more crime-victims in your wake.
So, if you can't pay your speeding ticket, time to break out the noose? Got drunk in public? Ol' Sparky's a'waiting.
This is madness, not to mention ripped from a mediocre season 1 Next Gen episode (minus the law zones).
The only reasons I disagree with this are the chance of getting it wrong, and applying it to all crimes.
If there was a magical crystal ball or something that gave 100% irrefutable proof, and you applied this only to certain crimes, I'd be for it.
The Birmingham Six would like a word with you.
For when even the legal system can make mistakes...!
And when you get exactly what you want: and someone completely innocent is executed, guess who's arrested & summarily executed for state-sponsored Murder...?!
Baron Ünderbheit award!
(Too obscure?)

Tapeworms and Lung Flukes can be criminals and go to jail? Wow!
Just like Ünderland from Venture Brothers. You wouldn't happen to work for Baron Ünderbheit, would you?
EDIT: Shadowbell beat me to it.
Confused?
