11th January 2006. Just a few weeks after a certain court case; the decision made by a Conservative [i]Christian[/i] judge* completely annihilated Creationism, and destroyed any & all so-called 'arguments' of it's 'believers' once and for all. Must be cold in that river in Egypt, Liesyoumakeus. Wet, too.

20th December 2005. 28th January 2013. Want us to hold you to that? Remember 21st May/October 2011, and a certain Harold Camping? In terms of 'predictions', it's not looking too good for you fundies.

He's too busy at his own post-KvD commisseratory 'All you can eat buffet' party, consisting of a conveyor belt coming directly from the Greggs Humble Pie factory, the room's locked in perpetuity, and there are metaphorical guns pointing at his head - representing the law - forcing him to consume that infinite supply of pastry-based comestible.

*- The Honourable Judge John E. Jones III. Personally appointed to the Federal bench by George Dumbya Bush in 2002 (remember: Kitzmiller vs. Dover in 2005). Dumbya: a Conservative Christian who believes in Creationism. In turn voted in - twice - by Conservative Christians who believe in Creationism. Therefore, the only ones responsible for destroying Creationism are the likes of you, Liesyoumakeus. And we Atheists don't have to lift a finger in your own Christian Theocratic Dominionist agenda's self-destruction. Dance, our puppets, dance. >:D

It was certainly alive and well in the Equestrian Arena in our London Olympics six years later. Oh, and I have your comment (& the link) saved. Don't forget that, as you join Michael Behe in that 'All You Can Eat' buffet of infinite Humble Pie, along with Graham's Nimber's amount of Crow. >:D

Yesterday, I watched an edition of the documentary series "How Stuff's Made". The first half was how whisky was made at the Jack Daniel's distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee.

They showed the fermentation process, including the yeast they put into what would become the 'Sour Mash' (thus it's type). They explained how they reuse the mash from previous batches, but only for a certain number of times. They want the resulting distillate to have the same basic flavour, and by using the same mash more times than necessary, can cause the yeast to evolve into a completely different species, which would alter the distillate and change the product completely; certainly to what the consumer would expect, and perhaps not for the better, which would affect sales.

Which is why they showed off one of several secret facilities - looking not unlike the lab facilities of InGen in the "Jurassic Park" films - where Jack Daniel's have large quantities of the original strain of yeast that they have kept & used since Prohibition, kept cryogenically frozen.

It wouldn't surprise me if Jack Daniel's had commissioned an independent lab to do just that: simulate fermentation with the same mash over a specific amount of times, to determine what would happen, and the results proved that said yeast did change: Evolve.

Lynchburg is one of the remaining dry parts of the US (also pointed out in that documentary segment); doesn't mean that Jack Daniel's can't be made legally, though; such a major contributor to that part of Tennessee's economy, and all that jazz. Lynchburg. Tennessee. One of the 'Bible Belt' states.

Strange, how nobody religious in that state is saying anything about the proven example of Evolution - or not - for the sake of that part of the area's economy, eh Liesyoumakeus? Perhaps they can't, due to their mouths being too full of the infinite Humble Pie they're having to eat: hopefully washed down with the product of that not-Evolution: Jack Daniel's Old No.7 Brand Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey. Cheers!

...what, Hurricane Irma isn't destroying Judge John E. Jones III: whose decision a year before your quoted 'Prediction' destroyed Cre(a)ti(o)nism: certainly it's right to exist in the US's schools, colleges etc?

The 'Creator' of that Destroyer must either want his believers to doubt his existence, or it's just purely a result of chance that said Destroyer has come into being: just as organic lifeforms are here purely via gradual biological processes.

The evidence of Climate Change is swiftly approaching, and pretty soon all cre(a)ti(o)nists will have to eat infinite humble pie.

The areas hit by Irma will essentially be uninhabitable for months. I suggest moving to a certain part of Ukraine; it's hurricane/tornado free, as is the land there: essentially free.

Because Chernobyl being uninhabitable for 150,000 years shouldn't stop you, amirite?!
