The leftists ignore the rules, they shouldn’t be surprised when the laws they pass are ignored by their opponents (see Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and all the heavily armed and armored militiamen that came to his defense. Sooner or later, the Feds will seize every asset Bundy claims as his. When he dies his kids will find that deeds, vehicle titles, livestock papers, bank accounts, etc. are non-transferable. The estate is responsible for paying any property taxes and income taxes, delinquent or otherwise. And tax agencies are usually given top priority as creditors.

Heck, if you watch Lizard Lick Towing on TruTV, you can see guys like Bundy and his buddies every day pulling guns and weapons on the repo men. Why cheer a deadbeat who stiffs us taxpayers over land rents rather than a deadbeat who stiffs a bank over his car payments?
You do realize that if the government were actually the tyranical evil empire out to usurp your rights and dictate your life at any costs that psychos like Bundy profess them to be he and the rag-tag bunch of armed rednecks who started spewing threats at agents convincing him to come peacefully would have been shot dead before anyone ever learned his name and have his farm reclaimed and resold before his wake was over. The Fed was only "forced" to stand down because there wouldn't have been a way to resolve it without utterly disregarding the rights and lives of American citizens, which you claimed they don't care about.

And you seem to have mixed up who made the rules Bundy was breaking and gave no examples of rules being broken by "leftists" but I suspect it's either about instituting healthcare which does not infringe on your freedoms in any possible way whereas an HMO literally has your whole life on file, decides whether you live or die, and will use any excuse or omission within their legal ability (and some not so legal) to lean towards the latter option... or it's about gay marriage.
