Vaccine industry science lies are nothing more than recycled Big Tobacco science lies
You gotta love it when arrogant science devotees defiantly claim they alone have a monopoly on the "settled facts" of our reality. Throughout much of the 20th century, it turns out, these same sort of arrogant scientists claimed smoking was awesome for your health, too.
"More doctors smoke Camels than any other cigarette" was the headline of a full-page ad carried by the Journal of the American Medical Association. Doctors were paid by Big Tobacco to tout the amazing health benefits of smoking cigarettes, and any doctor who dared point out that smoking might be linked to cancer was subjected to the same industry blackballing, scientific censorship and verbal abuse that's leveled today against honest researchers questioning the safety of GMOs or mercury in vaccines.
The real truth is that science never has a monopoly on facts, and science makes enormous mistakes (such as condoning smoking cigarettes) on a regular basis. Science is also for sale and easy corrupted by corporate interests.

Oh no! Scientists are just as human and fallible as the rest of us. What will we ever do now? [/monotone sarcasm]
Seriously though, at least scientists are willing to admit they're wrong when new evidence comes to light. The religious are still clinging to the contents of a 2000 year old book that has been repeatedly proven to contain mistakes and contradictions, and they're still insisting it is the infallible truth...
When something is discovered by your generic "science", other scientists jump on and try to disprove it. That's why "science" keeps changing, corrected and kept in line by MORE science.
Who's proofreading the bible and keeping it accurate (and pertinent to 21st century civilization)? Nobody. The mistakes and mistranslations and tall tales and exaggeration and lies and two-millennia game of "telephone" NEVER gets it right. Gee, they could've used a few scientists to keep them straight!
"Really? I don't see vaccine proponents saying there's no connection between tobacco use and cancer."
You're completely missing the point, they don't say that tobacco smoking and cancer are unrelated nowadays, because doing so would mean denying that humankind has become more knowledgeable than they were back then, which is tantamount to telling your wife that her top makes her look fat.
The point is that both claims are backed up by the same kind of reasoning, which has failed and will fail in the future and will probably never stop failing no matter how hard they try to just get something, any scientist would kill their firstborn for just one reliably reproducible observation without any faking, no having to privately tell 99% of everybody who tries to reproduce it that they got different results because they did it wrong and to keep trying because eventually odds are they'll get it right at least once.

If Science is nothing but ego boosting and self-deception, why does our miraculous modern technology based on it work - drastically decreasing infant mortality, curing diseases once considered certain death, lighting up the night, carrying us through the sky, across the Oceans, in a matter of hours, calculating equations no human could finish within a lifetime, creating materials with ever better, and even new exotic, traits , devastating cities with a single device, allowing virtually instant communication across the world?
No, it is you, Bill, who deceives himself into a delusion of genius.

Because people were able to do it back then, too, in the so-called "dark ages," people just didn't want to because it would violate their faith, using medicine would have demonstrated a lack of trust in God and that would get them executed for heresy.
And now, of course, in order to maintain the fiction that we are less superstitious and smarter than them, their religion must have not only limited what they were willing to do but somehow must have magically limited what they were capable of figuring out...
Utterly wrong.
What in the name of the Tower of Tentacles is that even supposed to mean?
My brains! You are killing my brains! Ban Bill, Idiot God of Trolls, before it is too late!
"What in the name of the Tower of Tentacles is that even supposed to mean?"
I'll try to be more step-by-step about it:
Your infer that Science(tm) is responsible for a bunch of nice things that we have and people in the past didn't, because people in the past did not have them and we do now, and they also did not have science and we do now, also, science claims credit for them.
We know that some recent people in the past did not have such things, but the people of the middle ages considered self-imposed poverty a virtue anyway, even if they did have the ability to create airplanes and modern medicine and computers they would have chosen not to.
As for peoples further along in the past, we do not know what they had, we only know that they didn't make as big a deal about it as we do now, which we would not expect them to do even if they had it, because they were not caught up in the myth of Progress(R) the same way we are.
You know absolutely nothing. Every single word you say is utterly, demonstrably, objectively wrong. You should be executed for your crimes against knowledge, reason and logic, vile abomination. It appears that one can indeed go mad from the Revelation - specifically, the Revelation that an irredeemable incarnation of incomprehensible ignorance such as Bill exists. Oh Masters of the Evershifting Colour, have mercy upon my sanity!
"Does this count as outing yourself as a troll?"
I guess saying "A = A" was just sort of trolling, it does not mean everything I say is.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
