The GOP as protector has refused to deal with the cultural corruption lest they offend their own that are busy counting their 30 pieces of silver.
Like a battered housewife, the GOP keeps going back for more and even now seeks to buy drugs and booze to appease her abusers on the left. Woe be that tea-partier neighbor if she dares to help her though-she'll take out her Rovian wrath on her for telling the truth.
