If the birth rate among whites was much higher then there'd be a rapid increase in the number of whites. There is nothing in the law to stop this. The birth rate is quite low because of several reasons, including access to contraception, education, loss of religious attachment, prioritising careers and the lack of need to have several kids to help out with daily life. I know you'd say that the low birth rate and these reasons for it are because of conditioning by the Jews, freemasons or some other all powerful bugbear, but it could still be circumnavigated by people reproducing at a greater rate despite these barriers. If there was any will to see this happen they would ensure that there was little chance of whites lasting.

Nurturing a scheme of ridding the world of whites through a system of false consciousness, as you believe is occurring, is too reliant upon many external factors which might disturb that goal (the rise of the people, internal divisions etc), and it ignores that many of the gains made which are linked with a declining birth rate have benefited white communities.

Truly genocidal regimes often suffer from paranoia and irrational hatred, which hinder them from implementing schemes of genocide like this. The gradual nature of the 'genocide' and the lack of potential for instant success would be off putting for your genocidal demagogue.
