Oh, those mentally insane people! As opposed to what, physically insane...?
*insert facts about the proportion of pregnancies that end in spontaneous abortion*

Sorry, but \"having a difference of opinion\" does not qualify one as being insane.
Whether you like it or not, life does not necessarily begin at conception; it depends on how you define \"life.\"
One could even go so far as to say that life merely CONTINUES at conception, finding tragedy in every unfertilized egg and every wasted sperm. It's not that much more ridiculous than the assertion that a blastocyst is equal to a baby.

So the human life cycle only ends in a natural death in old age? So people who are killed in, say, car accidents carry on the cycle of life? Interesting...

\"From conception to death the life is unquestionably human. Abortion interrupts the human life cycle and a human death occurs.\"
Disease, famine, murder, suicide among others also result in human death. What exactly is the point Art Deco is trying to make? That if you don't die of old age you're not human?
\"Insanity being ...not knowing the difference between right and wrong.\"
Rather generalized description of insanity you've got there Art Deco.

I see. So, were Adam and Eve insane before the fall?

So should we be castigating infants that die in their infancy for interupting the life cycle? Damn those dead babies! (notice how he attacks the person as not only a anti-God Secular Humanist, but...wait for it...the most evilist thing ever....a DEMOCRAT....run away!!)

King Spirula, you are so right. I find it amazing (and frightening) that so many people can't keep their religious and political ideologies separate -- and, worse, assume therefore that the same thing applies to everybody else.
Oh, and Blind Watchmaker -- BRILLIANT!

Yep - someone should ask him what defines humanity and separates humans from animals ;-)

Do these people just not know what Secular Humanists are or are they willfully ignorant?

What the...?
>>In your insanity you do not realize that the human life cycle begins at conception and ends at natural death in old age.<<
So, you're saying that my husband, who died at age 37, was not human because he didn't die at an old age?
He was an atheist and the most human person I ever knew. Go back to your little box of covering your ears saying that you can't hear me. I'm done with you.

From conception to death the life is unquestionably human.
Y'know, when people make claims, they usually support them with... what was it they called it? Proof? Yeah, I think people usually use the stuff.

Actually it begins at conception and can end, for whatever cause, natural or not(be it accident, miscarriage, illness,.........why not?, death penalty, murder...............)any time. Your point?

Allegory for Jesus
Does this mean that we are still in our life cycle if we are murdered? And that zygotes are people too? That a mass of cells, even before it has any internal organs let alone before it reaches any form of consciousness, is considered a human on par with a sentient, walking, talking member of human society? That causing human death is inherently wrong, regardless of mitigating factors? You believe this and you're calling everyone else insane? Oh...oh my. This is rich.
