Our standard of right and wrong stems from the Judeo-Christian God and should not recognize those “religions” which defy the laws of this nation.
First, the laws of this country afford all people to practice the religion of their choice. Second, US law has little in common with the "judeo-christian" views on right or wrong, which is exactly why you don't see people stoning disobedient children or forcing rape victims to marry their rapists, etc. Hell, our entire capitalist system is a violation of the "judeo-christian" standard.

To answer you question, the first mosque was built in the early 1900's, the first mosque was alowed the very second the constitution along with the Bill of Rights was ratified.
