This is exactly why you shouldn't teach children religion unless (1) it is comparative religion, and (2) they are old enough to distinguish fact from fiction. Telling a child it's their fault Jesus died an excruciating death is mental abuse and should be outlawed.

I'm all for teaching religion. But in a very open, unbiased way that covers various religions and allows them to make their own informed decision when they're old enough to understand.
What you're doing isn't teaching religion, it's forcing it on them in a pretty unfair way that will make the real world a difficult place for them to live when they grow up.

If Christianity is not a religion, and teaching about Jesus is not discussing religion, then we want hundreds of years of tax exempt taxes, retroactively, by Monday, please.
Bad guys seem to just love Jesus; they use him to fool the uneducated masses to believe they are good and want the best for you, when what they really want is to line their own pockets.
