It was discovered about 2 weeks ago that we as a race did not conform to the Galaxy but that the galaxy conformed to us. so evolution has thus been proven by the scientist to be wrong. Made a big splash in the science world. Sorry to have to break the bad news to you.

Oh, okay.

This may be a troll.
That could maybe prove astronomy to be wrong, where unconscient matter conforms to something.
But it still has no bearing to evolution.
We evolved into humans, and when we did, the galaxy comformed to us.
Plus, why didn't your god in his omniscience make the galaxy already comformed to humans to start with?
Guess galaxy comformatiom disproves Yahweh, huh?
You must have an awfully big ego to think that humanity has any impact at all on the galaxy, let alone the ability to alter it to conform to us. Beyond the Earth, how heavy is humanity's influence? A few probes on Mars, some satellites sent to Jupiter and Saturn and other gas giants back in the seventies... And outside our own solar system, in the rest of the galaxy, we have had NO (absolutely NO) impact on anything. For all intensive purposes, humanity could go extinct, be completely wiped out, and the galaxy would not notice at all. Get over yourself, and your species I suppose; we just aren't that important.
@GoFast
"The only Galaxy that ever conformed to what humans wanted or needed was made by Ford."
Galaxy, marketed in Europe and elsewhere under that name and in the US as Dove, is a milk chocolate bar manufactured, appropriately enough, by the Mars Corporation.
It is quite nice, although I prefer plain chocolate. We humans do not conform to the Galaxy Bar, since we are not made of chocolate, but it does conform to our requirements otherwise we would not buy it in such huge numbers.

Who is this scientest guy? Damn, he must be the maddest of them all. Does his Degree mention bullshitter anywhere? Should.
Oh wait,unless
1)you just made this up
2)You think your preacher's a scientest
3)you think your dog's a scientest
4)your mama
5)all of the above
Fascinating. For a "galaxy" that is conforming to us it's kinda strange that humans can't even live in most parts of our own planet. We can't live under water, or above 15,000 feet. Not above 80 degrees latitude either way, or in fact large parts of Northern Africa or Central Asia. We can only exist in a narrow band of temperature and pressure. And if it weren't for science (e.g. selective crop breeding, architecture) we couldn't even sustain ourselves in the few place we did manage to settle. So if that's how the galaxy conforms to us it's a proper cock-up.
@Colonel Catastrophe:
For all intensive purposes, humanity could go extinct, be completely wiped out, and the galaxy would not notice at all.
Sorry to nitpick, but the phrase is actually "for all intents and purposes."
And how, exactly, does the galaxy "conform to us"? Please explain. Don't worry about getting too detailed.
Think about just how many places on our own planet and in our own solar system, never mind the frakking galaxy, that are hostile to humans. Where we can't live; where we would die instantly. Not really "conforming to us".
Sorry to break the bad news to you, but your argument is a non-sequitur.
"The galaxy conforms to us, therefore evolution has been proven wrong."
So, you don't accept evolution? Good, when you catch the next super-bug, we'll give you all of these old antibiotics we have that were made in the '50s. Ok with you? Bacteria doesn't evolve, right? These old antibiotics worked just fine back then.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
