Quote# 53234
[And just because you think [Homosexuals] are wrong doesn't mean your opinion is "the TRUTH or RIGHT."]
I based my opinion on the Bible, which I believe is the inspired, written Word of God. God is never wrong and never makes a mistake. So why would he create people *** from birth? They CHOOSE that sinful lifestyle, just like the career criminal, or serial rapist, or someone who constantly steals and never repents. It's all sin, and God hates sin.

The prohibition on homosexuality is a Levitican ritual purity statute that has as much relevance to modern Christianity as the ban on eating pork.

"I based my opinion on the Bible..."
Enough said. What you're saying is, "I have no morals of my own and had to borrow them from semi-literate goat-herders who lived more than two millennia ago."
So there's no point wasting any more time on your little rant.

I hope you don't touch women when they're on their period (if you are basing this off Leviticus). And if you're basing it off Paul I hope you follow every single one of his silly ideas.

If perfect God made us in his image, and we AREN'T perfect, I think that counts as a mistake...
Oh, and the fact that HE made us this way, then punishes us for all of our transgressions makes him...get ready for this...IMPERFECT!

Ah, but according to your cult ALL people are sinners. And apparently being saved has nothing to do with the the frequency or intensity of one's sins (I present your own evangelists as exhibit A). So, if a person who is gay (its okay, you can't catch it by spelling it) says the magic words, then what is the problem? If a special exception to the "magic words" rule is in effect, please cite a specific passage to prove this.

Every insect I've seen has six legs. Six. The Bible says they have four. Are you sure it's never wrong?

If god could never make a mistake then why is his holy book full of contradictions? Also, why did he create Lucifer if he, being all-knowing, should have known he would have turned against him?

If God created everything, never made a mistake, and hates sin.... then God must have created something so that he could hate it. What a wonderful God!
