Except that they don't all agree with one another. Pretty much the entire OT is rendered null and void by the NT, at least as far as the character of your god is concerned and what is, and is not, "sinful".
Other than that, why is it surprising that people with access to the previous writings would, themselves, write something in agreement with what was previously written? It's like a collaborative novel where each author writes a chapter. Obviously each successive author has access to the previous chapters so it's not surprising that their own chapter agrees with the previous chapters.
