It isn't hushed... it is ignored because it's pseudo-science at best...
... and creationist DO use it for their benefit anyway.

So, it's impossible that no such evidence exists. It's all an elaborate ploy to keep the poor, persecuted Christians down. Right?

Asuming that that's true, why?

Scientists fear creationists in the same way that the iceberg feared the Titanic.

It's this very conspiracy that drove the likes of Dawkins, Hitchens and Harris onto the national stage. This discrediting of and villifying science simply because of facts destroying their ridiculous 6000 year old Earth garbage and world flood fantasies.

Science was being pushed aside for the sake of church recruitment and profiteering in America and had to be countered by someone. Goverment and private funding were being veteod due to the noise of a few with stone age beliefs who asserted faith without any evidence had more validity than knowledge drawn from adherance to evidence.

That lie up top is dead common nowadays, the concept that there is hidden evidence for their faith that they can't find so science must have.

Actually, if you have legitimate proof against evolution it would be welcomed. In fact you'd probably get a Nobel prize if you successfully managed to disprove it.

Science is about understanding the universe. Not disproving religion - that is just a byproduct.

Evolution has produced many tangible, benefits for humanity. If creationism were valid, it stands to reason that it would produce tangible benefits as well, and that some one would try to market them. Oh you can talk about the establishment suppressing such benefits, but you and I both know how quickly loyalties go out the window when there are huge bucks to be made (just look at any televangelist).

And yet, no one is producing tangible benefits obtained from creation, aside from pundits like Hovind who actually produce nothing but hot air.

It seems then that capitalism, the true god of evangelism, has disproved creationism
