Plus, you're disobeying your own holy book. In the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Samaritan didn't care who the wounded man was. He might as well have been a crazy murderer, for all the Samaritan knew. He may have even been *gasp* homosexual. But that's not the point. The point is that the Samaritan was compassionate and humane enough to care for the man, even though he was a complete stranger.

1) If you care whether or not they're homosexual, it's probably because you're worried they might have AIDS (never mind that heteros can have AIDS too).basic first aid course knows how to minimise the risk of infection while helping out, and that you do that all the time anyway , not just when you know the injured person is infected.

If you deny assistance to a homosexual, or any person for that matter, you're commiting a crime. Try to justify it in a court. And by the way, the same Jesus you reclaim so much to deny homosexuals their rights(who never talks about homosexuality), it's the same one who spoke of the good Samaritan and the need to help others, regardless of their condition and sins. Why do I suspect that you always skip that part?

Several years ago, there was a transgendered woman (a male to female) in a car wreck in D.C. While she was lying on the pavement, one of the paramedics noticed that she had a penis, was quoted as saying, "That ain't no bitch," and laughed at her while she bled to death on the pavement.
