Let's start with the conflicting creation myths - Genesis 1 and 2 don't exactly line up with each other. Then there's the bit about the waters above the sky (nope), "four corners of the earth" (wrong), the age of the earth (either very, very badly wrong or he left one hell of a lot of clues pointing in the wrong direction), ...
I've heard "Evolution inspired Holocaust", but never "Beliving in evolution is like denying Holocaust".
I've heard someone unintentionaly comparing beliving Global Warming is Human-caused to beliving in a Flat Earth while trying to poke fun at climate-sceptics, though.

Sites that mention the Bible having flaws usually provide at least ten examples, they're only reporting the facts, things the Bible actually says.
You'll usually find Holocaust Denial sites are Christian sites, usually Fundie, the ones who never actually read the Bible. The ones who think Israels real important but them Jews gotta get with Jesus
