Truthfully, I think this "straw man" peanut butter argument is still more plausible than the geologic column, Piltdown man, Archeoraptor, Haekel's fake drawings? or any number of fraudulent evolutionary proofs. Peddle your religion somewhere else. Evolution requires too much faith for me.

Hey, it's not our fault you couldn't figure out junior high level biology.
Or, for that matter, that NOTHING WILL GROW IN AN ENVIRONMENT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO KEEP THINGS FROM GROWING, YOU RETARD.
So, to sum up your argument:
Some evidence for evolution is fraudulent.
Therefore, ALL evidence for evolution is fraudulent.
No evidence for God exists.
Therefore, God exists.
A few frauds, discovered and publicized as frauds by the scientific community, do not taint the ToE at all.
Many, many frauds*, accepted and promoted by Christians discredit the entire religion.
* Burning talking bush, talking snake, talking ass, flying rolls burning houses, parting of the Red Sea, heaven, hell, belief saving one's soul, salvation through murder, virgin birth, ascention into heaven, reserrection from the dead, stc..
Yes. I agree that your idiotic argument that doesn't even challenge what evolution actually says is better than admittedly fradulent evidence. Now, if you would only move onto the actual evidence that exists and supports evolution (which, in reality, includes two of the four that you dismiss as fake), then maybe we would get somewhere.
Idiocy requires too much faith for me.
The geologic column was developed by creationists long before Darwin. Archaeoraptor was spotted as a fraud almost immediately and was never recognized by scientists. It was rejected by scientific journals. The name was invented by National Geographic magazine, a magazine with no more scientific standing than "People" or "Reader's Digest". It was a case of a popular magazine rushing into print without checking their work.
Step right up, ladies and gentlemen, and feast your eyes on this spectacle! What we have here is a remarkable example of one who will never use their brain! Thinking is too hard! "GOD DID IT" is all this person will ever need! Look upon this individual and have pity, for what you see is a waste of a mind!
You've listed three frauds, all of which were exposed by scientists, not the church. That's one of the great things about science, it analyzes the data and comes to logical conclusions, and if it's wrong, no-one is afraid to say it! They just go: "Oh well, we messed up. Let's try something else!".
Compare that to Christianity: "This book is absolutely true.", "But what about the part with the talking sna-" "Shut up! JESUSJESUSJESUSJESUSJESUS-I CAN'T HEAR YOU-JESUSJESUSJESUS!"
He admits that it doesnt take much faith to be a christian....shows how much faith he has in his religion eh?
Evolution is not a religion, its a fact.
It was evolutionists who disproved the fakes...
Not christians. The difference between science and any faith is so vast, that you fail to comprehend it.
We cut those out. We don't teach about the piltdown man except in looking for fakes. We teach skepticism... Even to our own science. Because thats what makes science better.
Okay, so while we're on the topic of frauds, and hoaxes, shall we talk about the Nephilim bones that only appear in photos, and the expedition made to the ark which only brought back talk of finding it...?
This must be the "why, if I open up a jar of peanut butter, put the lid back on and refridgerate it doesn't produce life?" 'experiment'
it's not only a strawman argument, it's designed to have odds against it. If you just open it, put the lid back on and don't refridgerate it most brands will be fine. Add some butter or jam to it and watch shit grow even IN THE FRIDGE.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
