Conversely, conservatives lie their asses off while indulging in said behaviors.
To us, hypocrisy is morally unacceptable.

Personally, I wouldn't believe a word they told me without checking an impartial source first.
A lot of stupid pious fundy Christians ALSO engaged in the above behaviors, but I guess that's OK because they're fundies and/or Rethuglicans. Sorry, but to a large extent they're one and the same. Of course, a dumb website like Conservapedia will never admit what hypocrites conservative 'Christians' are.

Illegal drug use: I like pot. Much less harmful then booze.
Excessive Drinking: Alcohol is evil, so many problems in society from alcohol...ask any cop what the biggest problem is and the answer is ALWAYS alcohol, yet alcohol is OK with the bible. I heard Jesus H. made some pretty good chablis.
Sex outside of marriage: Yes, guilty as charged. If anyone is interested please email me.
Cohabitation: No way!
Obscene Language: Fuck that

Atheists/agnostics are less offended by victimless behaviors then theists are, huh? Atheists/agnostics are also probably more likely to be offended by behaviors that hurt others or infringe on the rights of others, than behaviors that don't. Further, all atheists and agnostics seem to offer to defend this position is rational thought.

Most of those things does not harm anyone, so yes, most of those things are morally acceptable. Drug and alcohol use while driving or operating heavy machinery can harm others, so that is immoral, and illegal. Regarding sex outside of marriage: as long as both are unmarried and uninvolved, it does not harm anyone. Being unfaithful, whether you're married or not, that harms your significant other, so that is NOT morally acceptable. Obscene language just shows that you are short of words, not morally corrupt.
The atheists/agnostics of the world are too few to feed the humongous enterprise of gambling, pornography and drug-dealing.
A lot of the theists probably find these things morally non-acceptable, yes, but they engage anyway, in secret.

illegal drug use: Depends on the drug, pot isn't really any worse then booze, and maybe less bad, heroin, crack and methamphetamine are bad.
Meanwhile, creationists are more likely to look upon the following behaviors as morally acceptable: capital punishment, child abuse, xenophobia, lying, warmongering, weapons use, egoism, persecution.
It seems that atheists are being more accepting of things of that are of slightly questionable morality but not inherently harmful. And this is somehow portrayed as "immoral views".
