PROTIP: The Amish. With the inbreeding happening in that small gene pool (after all, who wants to join them voluntarily?!), genetic mutations are already appearing: anaemia, dwarfism, even Down's Syndrome. Later, more pronounced mutations will occur, and not just physiological/aesthetic ones, neither; sterility will set in too. The Amish will ultimately become extinct.
