I was adopted. Alot of ppl who have abortions commit suicide too, dipshit, due to giult. And abortion is immensely dangerous; there all kinds of side effects. They might start trying to kill babies and little kids that they see just walking down the street!!! Abortion is more trouble than it's worth.

My wife had an abortion long before I met her. We now have a great son, she is a happy and caring mother, I have yet to see her contemplate killing any children (OK my son is working on 2 so there is some contemplation...:). You, on the other hand, seem to be delusional and I wonder if your foster parents would have been better off if your mother had chosen differently.
There are few things in my life I regret...having my abortion is NOT one of them.
Women are not broodmares or breeding bitches. We are not baby factories, and it is not our place to continually pop out made-to-order babies. There are far too many children already in the system waiting for an adoptive family. My family did foster-parenting for years, and I can attest first-hand to the dire need adoptive families for these kids. Let's get the ones in the system adopted first. Then...maybe...you can have some solid footing for your your stand.

Looking at your spelling, I wouldn´t trust you as a source. The fact that women commit suicide out of an abortion is false. And reliable statistics show it. If your theory were true, the human race would cease to exist, merely because there are lots of women who, not only have an abortion, but also miscarriage or just lose a beloved one or commit mistakes. If every time we feel guilt, we commited suicide, the world wouldn´t have gone farther than the Paleolithic.
Yes, abortion carries a risk of complications, some of the serious. Of course, the anti-choice movement would have us compare the risks of abortion with the risks of chewing Juicy Fruit, as opposed to the obvious alternative of continuing the pregnancy.
I wonder why that might be...
Laurel trumps the fundie, hands-down.
Also, stop with the stupid "women who get abortions want to kill children" fallacy. It's bullshit, and you know it.
Thanks, NonProphet. I am sick and tired of people using my adoptive status to argue against abortion, as if a 20-minute operation and nine months of being pregnant and then giving the child away were somehow the same thing.
Come back when you are 16 child, then we will discuss this(although we probably won't need to, you'll have grown older and wiser, unless you listen to someone like Brother Randy, then you will have simply grown older). Have a nice life!
I was adopted too, and my birth mother has told me that she didn't want to give me up. Despite that, I am pro-choice, and it was a terribly difficult position for me to take, though I believe it's the right thing. I'd still rather see women give up their children that they can't take care of for adoption, but not everyone is in a position to carry a pregnancy to term.
”Reproductive rights rest on the recognition of the basic right of all couples and individuals to decide freely and responsibly the number, spacing and timing of their children and to have the information and means to do so, and the right to attain the highest standard of sexual and reproductive health. They also include the right of all to make decisions concerning reproduction free of discrimination, coercion and violence.”

Prohibiting abortions will not eradicate abortions, it will only drive them underground, make them even more dangerous than now.
Having an open, inclusive, friendly and permissible society will reduce the number of abortions.
Name one abortion patient that was arrested for killing random children they saw walking down the street. Besides, in terms of the number of things that could go wrong, childbirth is much more dangerous then abortion.
Confused?
