{thread title "Do you take the Word of God literally?"
Personally, I take it as God's Word and therefore it is literal. The only exceptions in my mind are the obvious parables. I am just curious how everyone here believes.

Also, to clarify. When I say that I believe it is to be taken literal, I also believe that there are things we do not have the ability to understand and won't until we are in His presence. As for the creation of the world, there are scientific theories that actually support the 6 day creation. However, it is taken with converting time traveling across the universe. All of this is above my peanut brain to fully comprehend, but none the less helps me in my belief.
