Quote# 15531

The Bible talks about cleaning your garment. Science can show us about garments and how to clean them. So science can be used in a lot of different ways to teach the Bible.

The sheer inanity of this post confuses me. Shouldn't JohnRStupid be ranting about something nonsensical?

So what does Jesus say to use? Tide, Cheer, Generics, or what? Don't wanna use any of them Satanistical detergents, y'know. What is his view on the length of the rinse cycle? Should I pre-wash? Hot water or cold? What about fabric softeners? Should we seperate the colored from the whites (clothes, I mean)? Does he approve of laundromats? What about stain removers like Shout?

Cloths exist, people was clothes, washing clothes is mentioned in the bible, therefore the bible is true?

By the same logic we can claim evolution to be true.

Let's see, animals are exist. People study animals. Animals are mentioned in biology books, therefore biology books are true. Evolution is mentioned in biology books, biology books are true, therefore evolution is true.

My college roommate is now a Lutheran minister. I think I'm going to send her this quote just to call her up and listen to her weep over the phone.

Congratulations, John. You have achieved a state I like to call sutdip: so stupid that stupid itself must be misspelled to convey the sheer stupidity of your stupidness.

In JohnR7's church it's a sin to mix cotton and wool.

And who sins has to make the laundry for everyone and order the whole laundry into small drawers ^^
