Gotta disagree with you here. Perhaps some of them do not, but living with 3 female flatmates and having a sister, I can assure you that some people are just insane creeps.

Whistling and making sexy comments out loud during a stroll in public, molesting (physically and verbally) on the autobus, two times some drunk dude even started chasing them after yelling something about sex...
