Mike Wazowski tried harder and wanted to become a scarer more than anyone in that film, but no matter how hard he tried he just wasn’t scary. No matter how hard he tried he couldn’t change who he was and would never be scary like Sullivan (Chad). Even the main antagonist of the biggest frat house was called Johnny “The Jaw” Worthington.

There are some flaws in this Blackpill as Mike does get a girlfriend in Monsters Inc but would this happen in real life? Would the human equivalent of Mike Wazowski ever get a girlfriend?

At the end of Monsters Inc. Mike's ability to make people laugh turned out to be much more marketable. Randall, who was Sullivan's top competition thus also "Chad" was hated by everybody because unlike the kind, personable, and much more moral James Sullivan he was a complete dick. Also as you yourself mentioned Sully wasn't the one with the girlfriend in that movie which skips your stupid metaphor and gets at exactly what you're trying to allude to completely owning yourself.

Incels that imagine themselves intelligent - so much so they believe that is what isolates them socially... and this is the best they can come up with. Botched Pixar movie allegories.

Check out the pre-sequel instead, dearie. Everyone doesn't have the same talents, the same abilities. Sully is a scarer (and a cuddler), while Mike is a funny guy. And, spoiler, spoiler, it turns out children's laughter is a much stronger energizer than their fear.

So yes, these three non-chad people could get girlfriends, and wives, in real life.
