I believe that Adam and Eve were real people. I believe that God created all things ex nihilo. I believe that the Bible is full of symbols and pictures of Jesus Christ from Genesis through Revelation. I believe all the stories of the Bible in the historical accounts are literally true and are illustrations of the gospel and the coming Savior. I also believe that God can create in 7 literal 24 hour days if he wishes. After weighing good arguments on both sides, I believe that those days were long periods of time. I've always been intrigued by the probability of the rotation of the earth slowing and cooling in order to support the next level of creation. I find this absolutely stunning and beautiful. That does NOT make me an evolutionist. 14 billion years or any other time frame would never be long enough for macro evolution. If you believe in 7 literal 24 hour days, great!
