The Bible speaks for God, it is the very words of God, breathed out by Him. It says nothing of 'gay persons' because they don't exist. The Bible does condemn sexual behaviour between two persons of the same gender. The Bible does define marriage as between a man and a woman. Thus I can say that a so called marriage between two women is not a marriage and sex between two such persons is sin.

No, it isn't. It was written by MEN, and a great many of the stories in it were written hundreds of years after the events occurred. Then it was edited by men with specific agendas to push their viewpoints on how the world should work.
But okay, let's say anything not written in the Bible is bad. Why are you using a computer, Martin? No computers in the Bible. No phones, either. No TV's.
Even more significant than the biblical stories being written centuries after the events they describe, is the vast majority are taken from older stories from other non-Hebrew, and even non-Semitic cultures. Even the story of Noah is taken from a Babylonian story that predates any significance of Israel or the Hebrew people.
If homosexuality doesn't exist, why would anyone have sex with the same gender? It wouldn't be pleasurable, and there are easier ways to stick it to a god if that was your intent.
It just doesn't make sense.
But the SCOTUS doesn't have input on defining a biblical marriage, just a constitutional one.
The constitution that isn't in your bible.
So your biblical standards don't apply. Churches can still refuse to witness same sex marriages. Forcing them to comply is actually prohibited by the First Amendment to the constitution that isn't in your bible. And ain't that a kick in the head?
Yup, and the Quran speaks for Allah, it is the very words of Allah, conveyed through Mohammad.
(Yes, yes, I know that it's the same one, and that Allah is just Arab for "God". I'm just making fun of fundies.)
The Bible also says nothing of the Americas, computers, cars, Stetsons, polymerized perfluoroethylene, smartphones and Segways. I guess they don't exist either...
The Bible condemns divorce and, even more, remarriage. Remarriage is not a marriage, and sex between two such persons is sin.
Marriage in the real world is a legal contract, and has little to do with any gods or religions. Marriage between two consenting, not-yet-married, adults is a marriage, and sex between two such persons is no-one else's business.

Let me introduce you to the old-school concept of "perversion". Basically, it was believed that no one actually enjoyed "perverse" activities in of themselves. However, doing random badwrongness just for the sadistic joy of knowing how much it would hurt other people if they knew you were doing it? Also, if you were doing one perverse thing, you were certainly doing several others. Because this is how medieval morality and empathy worked.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
