There are no homosexual animals. It is uniquely a human phenomenon.

Well, I guess Rod Fleming would know.
Unlike anyone who has actually spent time in the field, actually observing animals and their actual behavior, Rod has specialist knowledge of ALL the animals in nature, and has disproven all direct viewing...
Male goats and female bonobos are usually bisexual. Dolphins are like "male, female, LOL whatever, want a handjob flipperjob and maybe later find some human or seal to do interspecies?" Gay penguins are surprisingly common. I'm sure there are many, many more examples of this.
The fundies who have moved on from this argument now say that they're dumb animals who don't know any better, unlike people.
In the article, he explains away male/male sex among animals as 'domination behaviour', insisting that the wolves, lions, whatever are still totes straight, but they have to hump lower-ranking males to keep them in line... because obviously there's no other way to establish dominance than gay sex.
@Quasirodent
"Domination games" was the label invented by researchers who observed homosexual behavior, but no one wanted to be the first to publish 'Hey, animals are gay, too,' at a time when that was not going to be tolerated.
Rod's never been to Kenya.
Officials there admit that there are homosexual lions,but are insisting that the animals learned this from gay tourists.
I tried to imagine what animals might learn from watching me on vacation. Show me the lion screaming at his GPS, or wandering a parking lot trying to find the kid he sent to find the kid who was sent to find Mom and tell her they had to move the car...
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
