I would like to point out one thing. There are issues where there is no preaching to a kafir. There is no being nice.
That is when the kafir shows disrespect to the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) as has happened recently.
In such a case, the punishment is death. There is no second opinion on the matter among scholars.

Respect is not respect until it is earned, never demanded. If you want you and your religion to be respected, it's time for it to act respectably. If you want your religion to be tolerated, it must be tolerant of others. If you want to criticize other religions, you must allow criticism of your own. If you cannot follow those simple rules of civil behavior, you have no business pretending to be part of a modern society.
That's not a hard concept. "What goes around, comes around."

And of course the definition of "disrespect" used by promoters of blasphemy laws is usually nothing more than "standing up and declaring that you think the prophet was wrong, and providing your reasons why".
These assholes want to pretend they're not dictating agreement with their religion, but they ban anyone from being clear and direct about expressing their reasons for dissent, because anything that doesn't pull any punches and just says it directly always counts as blasphemy.
Dictating mandatory "respect" of your views is exactly the same thing as disallowing ridicule of your views, which is the same thing as not allowing strong disagreement with your views.
There is no being nice with fundies, either. I must admit every time one of these morons gets shot after an attack, my first thought is to what Rohrschach said: "men get arrested; dogs get put down". One dead fundie is one rapid dog less.
Indeed. Nothing says "religion of tolerance, peace & understanding" like murder.
This is just more proof that religion is a mind rotting virus. This one seems to have a different but no less dangerous strain. I recommend putting him in the lab with the other subjects & see what happens. Perhaps the deranged christian majini will eat him, & then develop an aversion to pork.
