Dude is nuts. His whole feed is a mixed bag of Flat Earth, Elite/Illuminati/NWO, Scientism is all lies and a Luciferian religion, etc., etc. Everything is, of course, a conspiracy.
He should know what with his BS in Music and a BA in Education.
This is my favorite demonstration of the arrogance of ignorance on his feed.

Someone has never bothered to learn the first thing about which they rail, which is typical of cranks like Garrett. A fine demonstration that to some people a lack of basic knowledge about a subject is hardly a hindrance to posturing as if one does. Ponder then the irony of Garrett having a minor degree in education.
If Garrett had bothered to even educate himself slightly about how rockets work he might have learned, what everyone including a lot children once learned in science class, about oxidizers.
In order to overcome Earth's gravity you need to develop enough thrust using a chemical reaction. In this case a combustible one. There isn't enough free oxygen in the air to provide what is required, in fact it requires oxidation at orders of magnitude greater than the atmosphere could possibly provide at sea level let alone the upper atmosphere and beyond. This why we use a chemical that behaves as an oxidizer either blended directly into the propellant or injected at or near the point of ignition depending on the type rocket engine. Liquid, solid, etc. The "oxygen" is built right in. This is why the fuel can burn outside the atmosphere.
But someone may have to understand the most basic chemistry and know the most rudimentary information about how rockets actually work to, you know, know that.

In this particular case, the Saturn rockets had separate liquid fuel and liquid oxygen (LOX) tanks in each stage. IIRC Stage I used kerosene for the heavy lift and Stage II and III used hydrogen. The flame you see in that separation screenshot is the minor amount of blended propellant that had collected inside the interstage adapter at stage separation which then burned as it entered the exhaust jets of the Stage II engines then at ignition. There's probably some contribution from the exhaust of the ullage motors which are small self contained engines attached to the interstage adapter that assist by maintaining thrust until the next stages main engines are fully online. No doubt the titanium oxide paint coating that was applied inside the adapter contributes to the combustion you see as well.
This is not rocket science.
If you don't think that a flame is possible inside the adapter, how the fuck could you possibly believe that rocket engines work outside the atmosphere at all? Is that now the claim? Rocket engines can't work in space? Why wasn't that the genius claim in the first place?
Those are rhetorical questions naturally, because the person who thinks up this conspiracy bullshit is depressingly ignorant, uninterested in educating themselves, and has a demonstrable lack of critical thinking skills. This is what becomes of people who refuse to accept that reality doesn't conform to the way they deeply desire it to be. The only choice for them then is to trash anything, by way of projection, that demonstrates they're wrong.
