whats the lowest age you would go with another girl

Well I’ve answered this before on my previous blog. I’ve tried to find a repost of that reply, but I can’t seem to. I’ll attempt to recapitulate my original answer as closely as possible.

You might be expecting me to give you a number. Well I don’t judge this issue on age. Age is like a low-resolution measurement, and it doesn’t actually tell us anything about a person’s sexual suitability. To determine this trait, one should use a higher-resolution measure. I consider a girl’s sexual maturity just such a trait.

So what makes a girl sexually mature? Well first she must be self-aware. That is, she must have divorced her identity from the family unit and have established her own sense of self, her own preferences, and early opinions. Second, she must have entered puberty. This is a pretty straightforward component of sexual maturity, if you ask me. And third, she must have begun sexual exploration. That is, intentional, willful touching of her erogenous zones.

But I should point out that this standard of sexual maturity doesn’t easily translate to a universal age—that’s why I think consent laws are fraught with problems. Some girls don’t reach self-awareness until their 20s or early 30s! Some girls enter puberty as young as 7, or even earlier. And some girls simply never masturbate, owing to some curiosity within their mental programming. But if a girl is in possession of these three qualities, then she’s ready to engage in some degree of physical affection.
