Australians may have to give verbal consent ahead of sex under new law

'It is a responsibility, both in the ask and in the reply'

Under these laws, almost all sexual acts can be prosecuted as rape. And unless you record every moment, how could you prove a partner

a) had consented verbally (considering tongues are often being utilised elsewhere)

(picture of a man and woman rubbing their tongues together)

b) didn't withdraw consent silently?

However, as we have seen elsewhere, they are selectively applied - only to harm men.

And I have to wonder if that isn't the point for Ms Goward? She likes the fantasy of men begging her, and her being able to destroy them afterwards on a whim.

Of course, men react in places where such rules apply by withdrawing from women - whereupon they are called "incel", and treated as if they were evil man-baby cowards (insert insult of choice here).

And what else do Feminists want outlawed?

Because having made sex a miserable affair, the last thing they need is some sort of silicone competition...

(picture of an overweight woman captioned "this is what a Feminist looks like")

I’m so turned on right now....

Well, I do agree that this law would seem completely unenforcable because, for the very vast majority of intercourses, there would be no records or witnesses*, just testimony against testimony, I not sure that this would actually be all that effective because the rapist would just need to claim that they totally had mutual verbal consent.

Of course, if anything, it is you, psychopathic sexual predators to whom no excuse for sticking your penis into a female is too cheap, who are ruining sex for everyone else.

This assumption that people would commonly start legal battles - and, in particular, ones where the investigation by its nature requires them to reveal and dwell on very personal details - on a whim speaks a lot of their paranoia and, through projection, of their own vindictiveness, as well as pointing to the social background that seems to be common in the manosphere: Spoilt upper-class brats, whose parents have the financial and legal ressources that reduce the risks of legal battles considerably.

The vast majority of feminists would consider anyone who believes that sexbots are a pressing issue that's just around the corner a crackpot. Of course, the idea that sexbots would be so commonly avaible tin bringing hat they would have a drastic impact on large-scale gender or relationship dynamics again betrays their own unawareness of their financial privilege.

*[tinfoil]It's a conspiracy to promote group sex and/or exhibitionism so you have witnesses!1![/tinfoil] And yes, Thanos6, we already know you would approve.

I don't know about you guys but I find consent pretty hot, knowing your partner shares in your desire for pleasure. The law however is kinda pointless, as it'll be 99% unenforceable.
