Quote# 137738

Feminists took away all our princesses by saying they were advocating a weak female view and now we have roaming herds of dykes everywhere cause god forbid they look like there gender.

Is this really from a My Little Pony message board? Are they watching the same show as the rest of us?

Because in the show I still see female ponies acting like women.

I suppose it's because they act like modern women, not the "shut up, stay at home and make babies" ideal from a few centuries ago.

I have a daughter. She went through a princess phase, where she was obsessed with princesses: dressing them, reading about them, watching movies about them (there is about 1 per year from Disney), etc. She picked it up from school, and as far as I can tell every other girl in her school went through the same.

She has moved on, mostly, but to say princesses have been destroyed or removed by feminism is crazy.

I like MLP for making princesses strong and defining them in their own terms, rather than by reference to princes, btw.

"Look like there (sic) gender" is in the eyes of the beholder.

If you think that concept gets you triggered, don't look at John Joseco's "Princess Molestia" comic strips.

Otherwise the next trigger you feel will be that of a gun: pointed at your head.

Molestia has a 'Rule 63' ray gun, meanwhile...! /)^3^(\

I guess you've never heard of lipstick lesbians. And frankly, what do you care what they look like? They're never going to be attracted to you, and they don't exist for your sexual gratification.

Well, yeah. Obviously, that's where the complaints are coming from.
