That isn't the strongest (steelman) version of arguing for a European-American ethno-state, but I'll play ball. Who has paid most of the taxes to safeguard and build the nation? Who's culture is the foundation of law? Who has split and lost the most blood for it?

I'm all for creating a Black ethno-state as well as a Native american ethno-state, but Europeans have vastly contributed more than the other two. What would black american's live be like if they had never been brought over? They would be categorically worse, as they would still have been slaves, just to other blacks. Then their decedents would now be in Africa. What if they had been brought to North America and instantly freed and given half of a large island? it would be called Haiti.

Why not allow Black Nationalists to just have a land of their own, and let White Nationalists have a land of their own? Keep the Multicultural experiment going, just don't use the entire 1st world as the Petri Dish?
