Quote# 134182

Same sex "advocates" don't just want freedom for their religion, but as we've seen elsewhere in the West, they want to restrict the free exercise of Christianity & impose their views on everyone & insist on an intolerance of Christian morality

No, they don't, Ken!

They're just telling the likes of you to take a long walk off a short pier with the claim that 'free exercise of Christianity' means that Christians like you get to force non-Christians into living by your interpretation of the Bible.

Ken Ham does not know what a religion is and isn't.

Amazing how "anti-gay" is a religion now. What? You say that it's part of the free exercise of Christianity? That's news to the Christians that aren't anti-gay. Must just be you and assholes like you that like to hide behind religion to cover your bigotry.

How's that Ark experience working out, Kenny boy?

So you cite examples of clear and unjust discrimination being dismantled as "imposing our view on you" and "insisting on intolerance"? Your hypocrisy is astonishing!

Ah! I see the problem.

Same-sex couples have children. That very fact goes against some of the common rhetoric the anti-gay activists keep spouting. Kids will say 'But our pastor said your parents couldn't have kids?'

And most of those children will not be gay. Only a minority are. And it's not 'catching.' So two dads will send their son to school and he'll chase girls and the other kids will say, 'But our pastor said you'd be raised to be gay...?'

And the same sex couples will have to go to some effort to have kids, so they tend to take extra good care of those kids. And they will go to school without indications of abuse. And the other kids will say 'Our pastor flat out INSISTS that you're being abused. That your parents are pedophiles and worse...?'

And the fact kids are going to a religious school... 'You're not Satanists? Our pastor said you're all Satanists...?'

So, yeah. Just by living a life that disproves Ham's and Comfort's lies would, in Kenny's view, be 'imposing their views' on good, God-fearing Christains. Where reality is a 'view...'

Stay out of my beautiful sunburnt country, Ham! I pity the Americans who have to put up with you.

Shock horror! Gay people actually want to be treated like Homo Sapiens, and send their kids to school, same as anyone else. Tell you something else, Genesis is a complete fairytale, as are Adam, Eve and Steve.

Things Ken Ham knows nothing about:
History
Evolution
Dinosaurs
Tax laws
Employment laws for for-profit businesses
Wooden structures
Museums
Theme Parks
Religion.

This is an incomplete list.
