It's very simple for Imperator Trump. If he can't look after the people who are under his care, in a time of such desperate need, maybe he shouldn't be their President. When we Australians have cyclones (or hurricanes, same thing), we all band together to help those in their hour of need. It's inhuman to treat them otherwise.
